  1. Be respectful and constructive. No harassment, hate, or threats.
  2. Keep content relevant to NV centers, ODMR, quantum sensing, or practical lab workflows.
  3. Do not post confidential, personal, or sensitive data (yours or others).
  4. No spam, scams, malware links, or repeated promotional posts.
  5. Cite sources for technical claims when possible.
  6. Moderators may approve, reject, edit labels, or remove content for safety/compliance.
  7. Repeated violations can result in removal of posting access.
